Burt's Bees Herbal Insect Repellant is a 100% natural blend of bug-fighting oils that repels even the most stubborn of pests. Rosemary, Lemongrass, and Citronella oils mix with 5 other oils that bugs hate, creating an all-natural solution for keeping them away. Since there's no DEET in this formula, it's safer to use around children and pets.

Herbal Insect Repellent features rosemary, an aromatic shrub with scaly bark and leathery, needle-like leaves yielding a pungent pine-like aroma with a woody, camphor note.

Active ingredients:

castor oil: 10.00%

rosemary oil: 3.77%

lemongrass oil: 2.83%

cedar oil: 0.94%

peppermint oil: 0.76%

citronella oil: 0.57%

clove oil: 0.38%

geranium: 0.19%

Inactive ingredients: 80.56% soybean oil, vitamin E

Directions: Apply to exposed skin. Don't forget your hairline, ankles, collars and wrists. When applying to your face, or to children, spray into hands first and then gently apply. Avoid contact with eyes. Use carefully as this product may discolor clothing.

Caution: Keep out of reach of children. May cause skin irritation. Do not apply to childrens' hands. Adult supervision required when applied to children.

I Love this product! I absolutely love this product it smells great. this product really works. we live in Georgia where there are terrible gnats. We live in a low land area where there are mosquitoes and this stuff works. the best part about it is that it's all natural. I feel very secure in use it on my little children. but I do wish that it was a little bit cheaper. other than the price I think this is a great product and would highly recommend it especially if you have a gnat problem! Smells strong but works good My husband jokes when me and my 21 mnt old daughter wear this that bugs, and no one else for that matter, wants to come around us! I personally like the smell. It is oily, but I use oils on my skin anyway so that doesn't bother me. I don't think it stops all bites, but really cuts back. July 25, 2010
A Little oily We are just now getting into mosquito season, but this seems to work ok. The reason I won't give it higher ratings is because it is oily I prefer lighter sprays like California baby so I don't feel the need to wipe my hands after spraying. This also doesn't spray well so you must rub it in which gets the oil all over your hands. June 9, 2010
