Citrus Facial Scrub
Not a good purchase
The container is very tiny, but I still didn't use it all because of its odd texture. It is very hard in the jar and you have to dig it out with your fingernails. As other reviewers have mentioned, you have to mix it with water in your palm to get it to a consistency to spread on your face. Even so, it still clumps up.
It left a residue on my face, so I didn't feel very cleansed afterwards. Plus, the smell is strange: citrus and spice.
I ended up taking it on a trip because the jar is so small and then leaving it in a hotel bathroom. Not impressed.

A great non abrasive scrub
Applying this product is generally a messy job. A paste form would be better perhaps. It comes in a glass jar with the product similar to that of a biscuit crumb. However don't be put off, my skin after application is so soft and the product is non abrasive leaving my skin feeling lovely for days. I would recommend especially for sensitive skin.

Not my favorite
I like Burts Bees products, but this one is not my favorite. The product is dry & caked and has to be mixed in your palm with water to make a paste. It does the job, but is inconvenient.

Great facial scrub
I love Burt's Bee's in general, so I thought I'd give this a shot. Really liked it! It smells like oranges and cloves and cinnamon, which I think is relaxing and energizing at the same time. It feels like a paste, and if your hands are wet or if you add a couple drops of water to the paste after you take it out of the jar it won't crumble on you. Feels great on my skin and gentle. I used it in the shower so it would be easier to rinse off after. Had good results. I was also surprised how long the product lasted me for being a small jar - I used it 1-3 times a week for about 6 months before it was gone.

It does the job, but I don't like how it goes on. It is not smooth. It's cakey and falls apart.

Cleans well without overstripping. Leaves skin soft.

Not really a scrubber
Well I thought I would try Burt;s scrubber. I've used other Swanson scrubbers that work better than Burts. After using it 4 or five times I've never felt it scrubbed off old skin cells.
