Help keep baby's skin soft and dry with Burt's Bees Baby Bee Dusting Powder. This powder features kaolin and slippery elm bark to absorb wetness and cornstarch to absorb both moisture and oils. Fragrant powdered herbs and flowers are carefully blended in this cornstarch base to leave your baby dry and smelling sweet. Free of phthalates and parabens.

Ingredients: Cornstarch, sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), kaolin (French white clay), bentonite (natural clay), powdered rosebuds, powdered myrrh, powdered slippery elm bark, fragrance.

Directions: Shake powder into hand and then liberally apply to baby's skin, especially on the diaper area. Reapply as often as needed to absorb dampness.

Very Nice I purchased this powder to try myself, as my precious niece is expecting her first child after two miscarriages, and I would not have her use anything on her child, our Gift from God, without me trying it myself first. This powder is lovely. The scent and texture are not your standard baby powder talc feel and scent, so please keep this in mind when you try it for the first time. It is very nice, just not "the normal" baby powder, which is something to be thankful for. It does keep me dry. I apply it after my Alba underarm deodorant has dried as "back up". The texture is not as "soft" as usual, but shake the bottle very well before use and it will help a bit. This is good though, because we are not inhaling unnecessary particles in to our lungs, or in to the baby's still-developing lungs with use. I will not return to the standard baby powder, knowing this is much better for us, and yes, this will be in the baby's newborn basket for use. I enjoy it very much, and would recommend it for men and women, children and infants alike. I do wish it were less expensive, as I am on Social Security Disability income alone, and new parents can certainly not always afford $7 for a bottle of baby powder. It is a generous sized bottle but does not seem to last long. Perhaps I am just using it more than I used the old standard baby powder? October 10, 2011
