INGREDIENTS: Whole grain premium Australian oats, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries.
Remove lid completely. Remove spoon and empty contents of oat and fruit pouches into cup. (For best results, add entire contents of fruit pouch including fruit powder).
TO MICROWAVE: Add water or milk up to interior embossed fill line, stir thoroughly. (Add more for thinner oatmeal). Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute to 1 minute 15 seconds, stir. Let stand for 2 minutes or until desired consistency.
CAUTION: Cup and contents may be HOT! Microwave ovens can vary in rate of heating. Times given are based on 1,100 watt ovens.
TO USE HOT WATER OR MILK: Add boiling water or milk up to interior embossed fill line, stir thoroughly. (Add more for thinner oatmeal). Let stand for 2 minutes before eating.
