Give me a stake any day !
Well, once a week. One of my favorite foods and we cook with it. I found this book very informative and having for soooooooooo long bake; NOYB. There isn"t one recipe you can't try to substitue other ingredients. Yes, I have tried a few of the recipe. I wasn't disappointed, so far.

Recommended, but
This recipe book does not support the paleo lifestyle. I was disappointed that most of the recipes require added sweeteners and some use cornstarch. It is a good book for learning how to bake and cook with coconut flour, but I will have to modify most recipes because I do not cook with sugar and other sweeteners. I do use stevia.

Don't reinvent the wheel!
This cookbook for using coconut flour is the best! The recipes have all been tested, and from those I have tried, they are really good.
This is a must for those who cannot use gluten flours and want the advantage of gluten-free coconut flour.

SoCal
I have trouble tolerating gluten grains as I've aged, so I decided to try different flours to see if I could include any grains at all in my diet. After reading Swanson healthy recipes that used coconut flour, I decided to buy Swanson's 100% coconut flour and this cookbook. For my very first recipe, I baked a german chocolate cake with cooked coconut and pecan frosting from this book. This was a real risk since I have a 30-yr old temperamental convection oven and I live at 6000' altitude and I was baking this for my husband's birthday....with several people coming! It came out GREAT! It was moist, rich, and delicous. Noone could believe there was no dairy and no wheat flour in this recipe. And it was high fiber! I am looking forward to trying other recipes from this book now. Great job, Dr. Fife!

Best cook book
I really liked this cook book ALOT. I have never baked before, so when i bought the swanson organic coconut flour, this book gave very simply, delicious, and nutrious receipes. I baked bread, muffin, brownie, and banana bread. It also gives extensive info on nutritional benefits of eating coconut flour and why it is superior flour to use.

Really interesing cookbook
I bought this cookbook for the recipes, but found the science and reasoning for the ingredients really interesting. Using coconut flour has been a real positive--my favorite recipe is the carrot nut muffins.

Interesting and delicious
I really like the information regarding the benefits of coconut flour. That is very helpful for many family members with various health concerns.
The recipes that I have tried so far, only four from the cookie and bread section, are VERY good and the Coconut Butter Cookies are a HUGE hit around here. I look forward to trying more.

A great edition to your cookbooks
I bought this book twice! Once for myself and recently to send a friend who has celiac disease and must eat gluten free. Coconut flour is a substitue she uses for baking and she needed some new recipes. This little book provides a great selection including reduced sugar recipes, which I appreciate.

Almost Equal To Finding The Fountain Of Youth
Wow! This book is amazing!
I actually bought this book before I bought any coconut flour. I wanted to read about it, so I would know what to do with it when I got some. It's so exciting what coconut can do for you. I have already shared some recipes with friends and want to buy the book for family birthdays: all around! : )
I'm going the way of coconut flour because I thought going gluten free might help my hearing impared son...?maybe...maybe not...So this coconut flour book has recipes that use just one flour, and you don't have to buy a bunch, and you don't have to mix a bunch of flours together, for one recipe! It's also low-carb, which is the diet that my husband have recently choose.
Even if you don't need coconut flour for certain diet requirements, it's STILL a terrific ingedient for any person! Coconut has wonderful health benefits!
