Aconitum napellus 6C HPUS	Relieves restlessness
Belladonna 6C HPUS (10-16 mg alkaloids)	Relieves restlessness accompanied by sleeplessness
Calendula officinalis 6C HPUS	Relieves symptoms of stress
Chelidonium majus 6C HPUS	Relieves restlessness accompanied by uneasy sleep
Jequirity 6C HPUS	Relieves uneasiness
Viburnum opulus 6C HPUS	Relieves nervousness and restless sleep

Inactive ingredients: Lactose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate

Directions:

Adults and children 12 years and older: Allow 2 tablets to dissolve in the mouth 3 times a day.

WARNINGS: Do not use if blister seal is broken. Ask a doctor before use in children under 12 years of age. Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms persist continuously for more than 2 weeks or worsen.

If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children.

stressed out? This product truly helps with stress. The first time I started using this was when I started a new job. It was beyond stressful everyday, all day. At the beginning, I stayed fairly consistent with taking the pills as directed. Though, as time passed and I was getting more familiar with the job and the people, I didn't need to take the pills all day, I took them as needed and they still helped. Since I no longer need it as often as I used to, I still keep a box of this in my stock-pile for those occasions that I can foresee being stressful, like work travel or giving speeches.
