Directions: Adults or children over 2 years: take 3 times per day. Allow to dissolve under tongue. Stop when symptoms are relieved.

gotta have it Well Girls you know how we are when we reach a certain age and when we laugh or when we sneeze or sometimes just laugh , we slighty tinkle, or even weight gain will cause it , but this stuff is the absolutel best if you take it for a while it stops all the little problems we have with tinkle. you can stop taking it for a while and then you will notice it starts to happen again and just start taking your Sepia and it will leave again.. its 100% the best September 15, 2011
