BASIC COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring 2 cups water or stock to a boil in a pot. Add ½ cup teff; cover, reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Makes 4 servings (1½ cups).
