This has so many uses and it's great to have on hand. From breading to breads to even pizza dough I love this flour. Nice texture, but it can be hard to work with (by itself it will be clumpy), if you are new to this kind of flour. I mix it with other flours if making a bread. It will turn any bread or dough 'crispy' after baking. Try using this in place of regular flour in your recipes and enjoy! Great low price too!

I like to use brown rice in place of the usual white rice in my GF pound cakes. It is a good source of complex carbohydrates, which are healthier.

This is an excellent product for beauty preparations. I have not cooked with it because I generally don't eat any gluten. I will probably use it to make some organic pumpkin and molasses cookies with organic ghee or coconut oil for my housemate. I can tell by the consistency of the product that it will be excellent to bake with. I have made beauty masks with this product and I love it. It goes very well with a number of organic fruits and also with raw honey. I highly recommend it.

I love this flour! I've recently developed a gluten sensitivity yet I'm an avid baker and cook, so elminating flour alltogether was not an option. I've been experimenting with several varieties of flours, and this one is my favorite for replacing my old standby of regular wheat flour. Although my items don't cook up quite as fluffy and flavorful as they did with traditional flour, substituting brown rice flour made them come out closer than the other flour substitutes I tried and my items didn't come out tasting like a diet food like they did with some of the other flours. I was surprised at just how effective of a thickener this brown rice flour is as well - I used it in my seafood gumbo, which calls for quite a bit of flour, and thickened just as well as the other stuff without changing the flavor. This stuff makes great brown rice pasta too, which I've found to be the most similar in texture and flavor to traditional wheat pasta. I will be stocking up on this stuff for sure so I don't run out. Great product!

Don't tolerate gluten so rice flour has become a staple. Mixes wall with other flours like teff and buckwheat. The Arrow Head mills brand is better value but this has a better package.
