this is the bomb I have tried many different flours to make the best bread and this one is it. On a whim I bought this flour and found it to be nice and powdery. It is fabulous for bread. I mix white and wheat together to make my bread every week. I have struggled finding it in my town. I would recommend it to anyone (and I do often) for any and all baking. I bake bread, rolls, pastries with this flour and I am never disappointed. A truly great producet. . January 17, 2013
