I like this grain for baking. Sorghum is higher in protein than other flours, for me that's important because I don't eat meat.

I keep this in the refrigerator after its opened so it lasts longer, and it is part of my glutin free products. I made corn muffins with this and it works great. I can use it with many cooking recipes

This is a great price for this flour. I baked zucchini bread with it, and also used it in a bread machine, along with other gluten free flours. Both tasted great with good texture. I will continue buying this flour from Swanson's.

I have LOTS of food allergies, and can only eat "Gluten Free" baked goods.
Since I am allergic to two "Gluten Free" staples - Potato Flour and Rice Flour, it is even more difficult for me.
I have found that by making my own Gluten free "all-purpose" flour, using Bob's Red Mill Sweet Sorghum Flour, Quinoa Flour, Guar Gum and either Tapioca Flour or Arrowroot, I can make some really nice, and satisfying baked goods.
If you are "Gluten Free" try using Bob's Red Mill Sweet Sorghum Flour in your baked goods, it gives them a great texture.

Since I don't use anything with gluten, I use Bob's Sorghum Flour for everything. I make a chocolate cake that my husband will eat, which is a miracle because he doesn't eat cake. It is so moist that he loves it. I highly recommend for all your baking needs.

Sorghum Flour is a great Gluten Free alternative to wheat flour when making pancakes, scones or breads. I like the quality of Bob's and the recipes on the packages are a nice bonus. Swanson's offers a great price.

This is the best flour for thickening stews and sauces. I use it to make my meals gluten free and fabulous.
It has a good mild flavor so no one will know it's there. Sometimes other gluten free flours have a strong or odd taste and overpower the dish. NOT THIS ONE!

I don't eat gluten so this is by far my fave gluten free flour to use. I use it in place of regular flour in all my recipes. Great for breading and baking. Nice taste and texture!!!
I only gave it four stars in quality because I wish it was organic.
