What I am absolutely, positively thrilled to share is how happy I am compared to local stores, at the variety of gluten free flour, the great prices, the wonderful convenience of not leaving my home and getting great variety at fabulous prices. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Gluten Free Alternative I have LOTS of food allergies, and can only eat "Gluten Free" baked goods. Since I am allergic to two "Gluten Free" staples - Potato Flour and Rice Flour, it is even more difficult for me. I have found that by making my own Gluten free "all-purpose" flour, using Bob's Red Mill Sweet Sorghum Flour, Quinoa Flour, Guar Gum and either Tapioca Flour or Arrowroot, I can make some really nice, and satisfying baked goods. If you are "Gluten Free" try using Bob's Red Mill Sweet Sorghum Flour in your baked goods, it gives them a great texture. September 21, 2013

It has a good mild flavor so no one will know it's there. Sometimes other gluten free flours have a strong or odd taste and overpower the dish. NOT THIS ONE! March 26, 2012
