great value I mix this with ground flax seed and oatmeal, I use one part bulger wheat, one part flax seed and two parts oatmeal. Cook in a double boiler with about two and a half cups water for twenty minutes. Add a little salt and it is a great breakfast. Full of fiber and protein. Can't beat it. November 13, 2013
