Organic whole grain spelt
Traditional grain of Germany
Great source of fiber
Spelt is an ancient relative of durum wheat that originated more than 8,000 years ago. It's now popular in Germany, where it was farmed throughout the Middle Ages. Spelt has a chewy texture and sweet, nutlike flavor, and can be used in hot cereal, pilaf, soup or cold salads. Bob's Red Mill spelt is USDA organic and features 53g or more whole grain per serving.
