INGREDIENT: Organic Whole Grain Kamut® Khorasan Wheat.
Manufactured in a facility that uses tree nuts, soy, wheat and milk.
BASIC COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: For best results, soak 1 cup Kamut® berries in water overnight, then drain. Bring 3 cups water or stock to a boil in a pot with a tight-fitting lid. Add Kamut® grains. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 30-40 minutes. (45-60 minutes if grains were not soaked). Drain off any excess liquid. Makes 4 servings (about 3 cups).
