Ingredients: Organic whole grain oats.
Stovetop Instructions: For a savory, hot breakfast cereal, bring 3 cups water and ½ tsp. salt to a boil. Add 1 cup cereal, turn heat down, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Makes 4 hearty servings. Serve with honey and milk. A great way to start the day!
Microwave Instructions: In a large bowl, combine ¼ cup oats and ¾ cup water. Microwave for 2 minutes. Cover and let stand for 3 minutes. Serves one.
