We love the "guilt-free" recipes we have made. The pancakes, carrot (cake) cupcakes etc., are delicious. And the best thing is we don't worry about those bad carbs!

Thank you for carrying Bob's Red Mill Organic products at good prices! This is a delicious flour which can be used alone in baked goods or added to other recipes for a super boost of fiber. I often add to a smoothie or a shake for extra fiber & protein and thickness which is very healthy! :-)

This product at a Whole Foods Market is much more expensive. I use this product to make paleo, gluten and grain free muffins/cupcakes. The texture is great and tastes delicious!

Coconut flour is delicious. You can use this flour instead of wheat flour following instructions on package. Excellent taste and much more healthy. The best price too.

I love this flour. Being gluten intolerant has never been more fun after finding coconut flour. It tastes wonderful. Now I can have coconut crusted fish and other great recipes.

Taste and texture are awesome!
I only have used this in my shakes/ smoothies...haven't used it yet in baking..love the taste and texture...however I bought this for the added nutritional benefits..read about those benefits...on this site or others..it's worth it for only pennies per day!

I use coconut flour in low-carb baking, and this Bob's Red Mill brand is organic, which is great, plus a great price from Swanson's!

Bob's coconut flour is high in protien and fiber and taste is pleasing. I use it in smoothies and baking. It is a dryer more dense flour so have to be careful on your amounts as it does soak up more moisture. And the gluten free aspect is tops!

Something Completely Different!!
I got this as an alternative to wheat flour, and was surprised to find it takes a lot of adjusting of my old recipes to use it. Coconut flour clearly has far more fiber than wheat flour, and needs much more liquid. If you're a coconut rookie like I am, it's a good idea to get a proven recipe before baking with it, although if you love to experiment, you could come up with some wonderful results. Although different from the flavor of wheat, it tastes fine in everything I've made, so far--not strange or unpleasant at all. This brand of coconut flour is very fresh, with no hint of rancidity, as in some other brands. As I find more recipes to try, I think I'm really going to love using it.

A new world of baking
I have recently made a lifestyle change to a diet with fats consisting mostly of medium chain fatty acids, and am using any and all (unsweetened) coconut products I can. I bought Dr. Fife's coconut cookbooks and have made several dishes and baked goods with this product. I have been pleased with all uses of this flour so far. It is not an across the board substitute for wheat flour - you need to start with recipes that have been engineered to use it - but it works quite well. I'm so pleased it's organic also.

i just started a gluten free diet and saw they had a great price on his coconut flour high in fiber, and great for you i even bought the cook book on coconut baking from here very happy.
