INGREDIENT: Whole Grain Oats.

Make Oatmeal at Home: Bring 2 cups water and ΒΌ tsp. salt (optional) to a boil. Add 1 cup of rolled oats, reduce heat and cook for 10 to 20 minutes (time depending on the consistency that you like your cereal) stirring occasionally. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for a few minutes. Makes 2 servings.
