Ingredient: Whole Grain Oats.
Cooking Instructions: For a really delicious breakfast cereal for two, bring 2 cups water and ¼ tsp. salt (optional) to a boil. Add 1 cup of rolled oats, reduce heat and cook for 3 to 5 minutes (time depending on the consistency that you like your cereal) stirring occasionally. Cover, remove from heat and let stand a few minutes.
Microwave Instructions: In large bowl, combine ½ cup rolled oats and 1 cup water. Cover and microwave on high for 1 ½ to 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving.
