Terrible tasting pizza dough
This is the first time I've made a gluten free pizza dough and it will probably be the last. My son and I thought this pizza dough was horrible! It was gooey in parts and hard in other sections and it did not taste good. I ended up placing the pizza back in the oven again, but that didn't help the gooey sections of the pizza.

Finally a Crust I like!
Finally a Crust both my husband and I like. Easy to make, and much better than any of the premade crusts, and it's gluten free!!!

Best Gluten-Free Pizza Crust!
As with other Bob's Red Mill products I have tried, this Gluten-Free Pizza Crust Mix is the best I have found! It tastes even better than regular pizza crust! Our friends love it, too, and they don't even eat gluten-free products. It is wonderful to be able to eat our favorite foods and have them be gluten-free. Also, ALL Bob's Red Mill products are GMO FREE, too! That is a HUGE PLUS! Bob's Red Mill is the only company I trust, so far, in my search for GMO FREE ingredients. Being able to buy this mix here at Swansons saves me money, too!

Gluten Free Pizza Crust
This gluten free pizza crust is outstanding. I love the taste and it makes wonderful pizzas! Depending on how big the pizza, one bag makes 2-4 pizzas. Just follow the directions, add gluten free pizza sauce, your choice of toppings, and you won't find a better tasting pizza even at the pizza joints.

GF Pizza at last
Makes a great crust. Dough comes out very wet and sticky, be generous with bench flour (rice flour works fine) and it rolls out fine. I have divided a batch into 5-6 mini pizzas, frozen in portions. Defrost 24 hours in fridge, then let rise somewhat at room temp before you flour up and roll out.

This makes great gluten free pizza dough. Much tastier and quicker than the kind I was making from scratch.

SHIPPING POOR, PRODUCT GREAT
This is a great product, unfortunately SWANSON continues to send these flour products in a regular box and the flour spills out over everything else in the box. I have asked them in the past to double bag the flour products, again they did not. The product itself is great, SWANSON shipping not so much! The bag the product is in is not made to have any weight put on it at all.

I'm super excited to put this in my daughter's stocking. She has celiac disease and misses pizza something fierce. Hope she'll have fun enjoying pizza again. I haven't been able to find any gluten free pizza crust anywhere - fingers crossed that this will be nummy!

I'm new to the gluten-free lifestyle and it's been quite a transition, to say the very least. Somehow, just knowing the option of eating things wheat-based has been stripped from me makes me want those foods infinitely more. Craving pizza I ordered this pizza crust hoping it would be close to the real deal so I could enjoy pizza with my family. IT IS!! It's a little bit of a pain to make but not too bad. It doesn't taste quite as good as the real deal but it is surprisingly good. Not too crumbly, not too dry and not too bland. Next time I prepare it I plan to add some seasonings to it to enhance the flavor a bit, but I do intend to stock up on it so I can have pizza more often. I can see using this for traditional pizza, breakfast pizza, dessert pizza, etc. because the flavor is mild. Thank you Bob's Red Mill for easing this transition. I will definitely be trying more of your gf products!!

Definitely not flour but my whole family liked the pizza. Different texture and consistency but still good.

Great alternative for those who are on a gluten free diet. Be sure to spread out as thin as possible and pre-bake a couple of minutes longer than the suggested time.
