Almond flour
I use this to make protein bars, pancakes, muffins, ect. I love this product. Plenty of protein and low in carbs.

Use instead of Flour
I am diabetic and this almond flour has given me the ability to cook low carb, protien enriched foods that I would otherwise avoid. You can use it cup for cup as a flour substitute. I have used it in muffins, cornbread, pancakes and even found a dumpling recipe that uses this flour. It keeps well in the fridge too.

Better for flavoring
Not for replacing white flour. I tried replacing the flour in a pancake recipe and it went completely wrong. It was too moist for the pancake to cook and pick up; even adding a little kinda ruined it. It's best for adding to cakes, especially box cakes.

Excellent for waffles!
I add this meal to other flours and it makes the batters smooth. It adds a pastry-like texture to waffles and is a great way to add smoothness into cake batters while upping the protein.

Not Real Happy
I was a bit disappointed in the texture of this product compared to another brand sold be Swanson's. I found for a flour blend, it was a little too over milled giving a flour that was too oily. Perhaps it was just that batch, but based on my experience with it, I would have to say it isn't my favorite!

Low carb flour
I really like Bob's Red Mill. Hazelnut flour is a great alternative to wheat flour and certainly better nutrition.
