Ingredient: Corn starch.

Tips for Use:

1 Tbsp. Bob's Red Mill Corn Starch = 2 Tbsp flour. Corn starch has twice the thickening power of flour. When gravy, sauce, soup or stew recipe calls for flour, use half as much corn starch to thicken. To thicken hot liquids, first mix Bob's Red Mill Corn Starch with a little cold water until smooth. Gradually stir into hot liquid until blended. Stirring constantly, bring to boil and boil one minute.

Manufactured in a facility that also uses tree nuts and soy.

a fan of Bob's Red Mill products Bob's Red Mill products are of a consistent high quality and strive to be GMO free and sustainable. August 2, 2013
Great Non-GMO Corn Starch This is an awesome product, and non-gmo. A great value compared to other non-gmo corn starches. May 30, 2013
Good stuff I feel so much better using this product than what passes for cornstarch in the grocery store. March 17, 2013
I guess what I was actually looking for when I bought this cornstarch was non-GMO. (Corn doesn't have gluten anyway.) I'm hoping that since they are saying it is 'natural' and making sure there are no gluten additives, that they would use non-GMO corn to make the starch out of. The cheap brands at the grocery store are made from GMO corn, so hopefully this isn't. January 11, 2013
