Ingredient: Corn starch.
Tips for Use:
1 Tbsp. Bob's Red Mill Corn Starch = 2 Tbsp flour. Corn starch has twice the thickening power of flour. When gravy, sauce, soup or stew recipe calls for flour, use half as much corn starch to thicken. To thicken hot liquids, first mix Bob's Red Mill Corn Starch with a little cold water until smooth. Gradually stir into hot liquid until blended. Stirring constantly, bring to boil and boil one minute.
Manufactured in a facility that also uses tree nuts and soy.
