    BASIC COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

    Stovetop: Bring water and salt to a boil. Slowly whisk in cereal, reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 2 minutes.

    1 Serving • ¼ cup • ¾ cup • pinch

    2 Servings • ½ cup • 1 ½ cups • 1/8 tsp

    3 Servings • ¾ cup • 2 ¼ cups • ¼ tsp

    4 Servings • 1 cup • 3 cups • ¼ tsp

    Microwave: Combine ¼ cup cereal, ¾ cup water and a pinch of salt in a microwave safe bowl. Stir well. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until water is fully absorbed, stopping every 30 seconds to stir. Let stand for 2 minutes.

    ~Makes 1 serving.

    Slow Cooker: Combine 3 cups water, ½ tsp salt and 1 cup cereal in a slow cooker. Stir well. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 1 ½ hours. Stir well and serve.

    ~Makes 4 servings.

    Store in a cool, dry place.

    Keeps best refrigerated or frozen after opening.
