Ingredients: Whole grain wheat, whole grain rye, whole grain triticale, whole grain oats, whole grain corn, whole grain barley, soybean, whole grain brown rice, whole grain millet and flaxseed.
Stovetop Instructions: For a savory hot breakfast cereal, bring 3 cups water and 1/2 teaspoon salt to boil. Add 1 cup of Bob's Red Mill10 Grain Hot Cereal, turn heat down, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 cups. Serve with honey or brown sugar and milk. Also great with added fruit and/or nuts.
Microwave Instruction: In large bowl, combine 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Cereal and 3/4 cup water. Cover and microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving.
