Is Vitamin B-12 Better Absorbed Sublingually?

I have taken the Swanson brand of vitamin B-100 for years, would it be better to take B-12 in spray form by mouth to get the full benefits of this vitamin?

That's a great question. Yes, vitamin B-12 is much better absorbed sublingually than digested (in pill form). Check out our Sublingual Vitamin B-12. However, you might consider still taking the B-100 supplement to make sure you still get all your other B complex nutrients. Did you know the B complex can help fight stress?
