Ubiquinone or Ubiquinol: Which is Better?

With age, individuals may have difficulty converting ubiquinone into ubiquinol.  Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting who can or cannot convert the forms efficiently.  The only way to know is to try one form for a month, then switch to the other and see if you notice the difference.  If not, you may not be deriving any extra benefit from ubiquinol.
