Apple Cider Vinegar Marinade

It’s grilling season, and we’ve got the perfect marinade!

Serving size: 1 chicken breast
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons jalapeno pepper sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  •  
    Instructions:
    1. Combine all marinade ingredients in blender and blend well.
    2. Allow marinade to sit for at least 1 hour for flavors to meld before using.
    3. Reserve 1 cup of marinade for basting.
    4. Marinate meat or poultry for at least 3 hours before cooking.
