Earlier today, my boss Doug and I were talking about the importance of health. My dad recently suffered an accident and is still in the ICU. Doug and I agreed that when it comes down to it, health is all you have. Obviously, without your health, you have nothing. My dad's situation makes me so grateful for my own health. I promised myself that I won't take good health for granted. So far, it's not an easy promise to keep. The all natural health supplements I take are a good step in the right direction, and I exercise regularly. My diet is so-so at best. The two biggest improvements I'm striving to make is 1) to pass on an appreciation of a healthy lifestyle to my three sons and 2) to live each day appreciating my healthy body.
