Smoothies are a fast and easy way to get lots of servings of fruit (and veggies!). Try some of these great smoothie recipes--all you need is a blender!

Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie: 1 ¼ c. apple juice, 1 ripe banana, 1 kiwi, 5 strawberries, and 1 ½ tsp. honey. Blend and serve.

Green Tea, Blueberry and Banana Smoothie: 3 Tbsp. water, 1 green tea bag, 2 tsp. honey, 1 ½ c. blueberries, ½ banana and ¾ c. milk (preferably soy, almond, or low fat milk). Use the 3 tablespoons of water to steep the tea for a few minutes, then add remaining ingredients. Blend and serve.

Tip: If you are using all fresh ingredients, make sure you put a few ice cubes in your smoothie.
