Great Product + Recipe
This whey power mixes almost instantly and is virtually flavorless. I make the following healthful and delicious recipe for a breakfast on the run:
1/3 cup washed berries
1/2 cup whole milk or coconut milk
1/2 cup water
1 scoop whey powder
2 Tablespoons whole milk, unsweetened yogurt
1 teaspoon maple syrup (I do without)

Good But Not in Hot Food
The powder dissolves well in cold or room temperature liquids, has a slightly fizzy fun consistency and tastes great. But don't try putting it in your oatmeal!! What a disaster! You will have what tastes and feels like clumps of plastic that do not chew. Must find another protein powder for my hearty morning morsels.

Excellent Whey Protein Powder!
Biochem 100% Whey Protein Powder is fabulous! It's an excellent quality product for the price. I have it in Vanilla and Chocolate and I like each one the same. It's not artificial tasting and mixes very well in a blender with milk, yogurt and/or fruit. I make a shake every morning before work and it keeps me full and satisfied for about 4-5 hours. Highly recommended!

Tastes Great!
I've been drinking this whey protein for about a year now. It tastes really good, especially considering it's a natural unflavored product. A big bonus is it's from cows not given any hormones.

Life-saver!
This is the best tasting protein powder I've found, it mixes into smoothies and non-blended drinks well without doing that weird texture thing, and doesn't have any icky additives. I've tried a lot of awful protein powers; now that Ive found this one the hunt is finally over. A heads up, though, if you don't like vanilla flavoring - the front says its "natural flavor," which in this case is french vanilla.
Overall, I can't recommend highly enough!

great protein
I love this protein, It's hard to find a protein supplement that doesn't have a bunch of additives or doesn't taste terrible. I use this supplement in oatmeal, greek yogurt and shakes. It doesn't mess with the flavor and I get my dose of protein. Plus, for the quality, the price is right.

Love this protein powder. It tastes wonderful, especially if added to berries or fruit and blended. Not great for if you want to take on the go and shake up by hand. Swanson's also makes the price a great find compared to what they charge at a couple of the local stores.

Perfect Protein
I love milk; so finding a protein powder that mixes well with milk and has none of the awful taste of so many protein powders has been quite the trial and error process. Soy protein upsets my stomach; others just taste bad :-(
Biochem Protein powders are fantastic. They mix well for my morning protein shake; they taste great and no feeling over full or bloated like many other protein powders; so I can go out and participate in my sports right away.
Having a Biochem protein shake each morning keeps my energy going strong all through the day and keeps me satisfied; well beyond normal lunch time. I have tried many of the flavors and liked them all. I like the natural for my morning latte shake: I like mixing it with milk, matcha green tea powder, and flax oil and the natural flavor lets me taste the green tea instead of the protein powder. I highly recommend it.

Starting out your day
As family of 5 we use this product daily. We make morning protein drinks and it keeps us full until breakfast. You can't beat Swanson's price for it. The are great with how fast you get it too.

Bare bones whey packs muscle on your bare bones
I purchased this whey protein with two main motives: First, to add quick protein into my diet to stave off hypoglycemic crashes. Second, to pack on muscle as I've begun lifting weights in earnest.
My first motivation seems to have been met. After drinking some of this whey protein I feel a bit more alert and seem to be able to handle sweets better. I suppose it could be a placebo effect though.
My second motivation also seems to have been met. Since consistently drinking one serving a day (usually during a workout) I have noticed steady muscle growth at a rate that is higher than before I was eating more protein. Of course, I take in good muscle-growing proteins in other forms as well, but this whey protein is an essential part of my muscle-building protein diet.
Usage Tips:
1) This stuff does not mix well with a spoon. It takes a heavyweight beating to get it to mix and even then there are clumps stuck to the spoon and side of the glass. Try putting it in a blender or using an emulsifier.
2)The natural flavor whey doesn't taste bad, but doesn't taste good either. I put it in milk which makes it palatable, but still a little "funny" tasting. I usually just chug it down to get it over with.
3)Keeping 1 and 2 in mind, I recommend mixing a serving of this whey with a serving of ovaltine. Put the two powders together in a glass and then thoroughly mix them. It keeps the whey from clumping and also gives it a great taste. The whey flavor, which by itself is a bit unpleasant, actually enhances the flavor of the ovaltine and vice-versa.
One more thing of note: the calories are as rock bottom as science allows. By nature one gram of protein has 4 calories and one serving of this whey protein is 20 grams of protein with 80 calories. Do the math... that's as lean as you can get.
All in all, this is a great product and you can't beat the price for the amount you get.

My favorite protein powder
I use this daily and love the versatility of mixing it in oatmeal, shakes, etc. I can sweeten with stevia and I like that better than pre-sweetened powder.

BEST WHEY
