Ingredients: Ultra-Filtered/Micro-Filtered (UF/MF) whey protein isolate, fructose, cocoa powder, vanilla flavor, cellulose gum, xanthan gum, chocolate flavor, potassium chloride, magnesium oxide, lecithin, bromelain, choline bitartrate, inositol, trypsin, chymotrypsin, alpha-amylase, zinc oxide, boron citrate, pyridoxine HCl, magnanese sulfate, vanadyl dulfate, creatine monohydrate, OKG (ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate), L-glutamine, GTF chromium yeast, folic acid, cyanocobalamin.
Directions for use: Using scoop provided, add two (2) scoops (2 oz.) (56.8 g) to one (1) cup (8 fl. oz.) (237 mL) or more of either cold water or your favorite cold beverage. Stir briskly until dissolved for a tasty chocolate protein shake. For a creamier shake, use a blender and add ice. You may also try adding your favorite fruit.
