Not a Vegan I love vegan cuisine as much as I love a good steak. I tried some of her recipes from her website and was not completing disappointed. There is a recipe for Choriso in the book. Guess whose going to be trying that. February 19, 2013
Vegan Recipes for Experts & the Vegan Curious I don't have any plans of becoming a vegan--I like cheese and eggs way too much--but this cook book is helping me try vegan recipes. I've tried the Pumpkin Bread and the Black Bean Brownies, both made without eggs. Next on my list: Loaded Nachos! This cook book also has an awesome glosssary of ingredients and a list of substitutions in the appendix. December 27, 2011
