Rescue Remedy Spray recreates the same calming effects as 4 drops of the liquid in 2 quick sprays. Rescue Remedy Spray is discreet and small enough for a purse or a pocket. For people on the go, Rescue Remedy Spray is a fast acting and accurate way to deliver the remedy.

Active ingredients: HPUS 5x dilution of Helianthemum nummularium, Clematis vitalba, Impatiens glandulifera, Prunus cerasifera, Ornithogalum umbellatum.

Inactive ingredients: 27% alcohol.

Directions: Bring spray nozzle up to mouth and apply 2 sprays on the tongue.

WARNINGS: Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a health professional before use.

relaxing but did not like taste I tried this spray after seeing it on Dr. Oz and reading the reaviews on Swanson's website. It did work for me, however I did not like the taste of the spray and it made my tongue burn somewhat so I always rinsed my mouth with water after spraying in on my tongue. I will try the liquid drops next time. Hopefully they won't taste or smell like a really dry wine. February 27, 2013

best thing for when bad things happen When you-know-what hits the fan, this is by far the first thing I reach for. Works for just about all stressful situations, accidents, bad news, trauma, etc. I also love the pastilles and RR cream. Great products, and I keep 1 in my car and 1 in the first aid kit.
