this product is the "real deal"
While other reviewers prefer the so-called "ease' of using aloe in gel form, most gels I've researched are not "pure". This product, however, is the "real deal" and a definite "cut-above" (as are all the other Aubrey products I've been using - check out their shampoos!). An amazing "multi-use" product, we even use this aloe to brush our dogs' teeth & clean their ears & paws . It does a great job, they love the taste, plus it's safe for them to "lick". Thank You SWANSON's & Thank You AUBREY!!.

Disappointment
I have tried several Aloe lotions. This is my least favorite. It's totally liquid - hard to use...
I don't see why it's any different from using regular Aloe juice - that would be much cheaper.

Aubrey Liquid Aloe Gel
This aloe gel works, but I wouldn't purchase again due to it being a liquid and having to keep it in the fridge. I found that I wouldn't use it as often as I wanted or needed to because of the inconvenience of having to go all the way across the house to the fridge (I always use aloe gel in the bathroom). In addition, the liquid was quite messy to use and always ran down the side of the cap, and it was freezing to apply, coming right out of the fridge! (Not a pleasant sensation.) It did sink in quickly without being sticky, which was good. One other point is that since it is liquid, it is a poor value per oz. because this product will be used up way faster than a typical gel product. I then tried Mill Creek aloe gel and was sold. It is great and is just what I'm looking for in an aloe gel.

Watery product, BUT EXCELLENT
As some of the other reviewers have written this does not come in a true gel form, but it leaves your skin soft, very soft, and smooth with no Sticky residue. I want my skin to feel good, but I don't necessarily want to be able to feel the product on my skin.

It's not a Gel
its not a gel but same consistency as a water. I Added some niacinamide to it to make a facial/ body lotion this winter. At first application, it felt very sticky but once the skin absorbed it, it feels so soft and never dry. The only drawback was the messy application. The next time, I think I'll but the real gel for easy application.

Not What I Expected...
This product is not a gel but rather a solution!! The only way to apply it to the skin is with a cotton ball. Aside from that, the product is pure aloe vera which is a wonderful beauty aid.
