Not Worth It I totally agree with SMarie; the selling point for me on this shampoo was the very simple ingredient list on this site but when I received the shampoo I saw many more probably pointless ingredients. It wouldn't bother me if it actually clarified my hair in any way - it didn't particularly make it oilier or anything, but it didn't make it NOT oily like I thought would happen. It might work for you though so I guess you should try it if you like Aubrey products in general. The smell was nice but I don't think that's why people are buying a shampoo marketed for oily hair. No. Just Don't. First off, the ingredient list is wrong. On this site, it looks simple and natural. BUT the bottle says something entirely different. A little over half the back of the bottle is the ingredient list. Secondly, it's extremely watery. And lastly, it left my hair feeling heavy and oily. I will stick with desert essence. July 20, 2014
Squeaky clean I love this no nonsense shampoo that leaves my hair squeaky clean. It enables me to wash my hair less often. My granddaughter uses it, too, for her long thick hair, shampooing necessary only twice a week. November 26, 2013
It works I have super oily hair that gets grease and smell in a day. I've tried lots of brands for oily hair, but they were too dry that made my scalp so itchy. After reading on the reviews, I decided to give it a try and have been using it for over a month now. it smells great and can keep my hair from getting greasy....FOR 3 days!!! I would recommend it to people with super oily hair. July 11, 2013
Very thick shampoo It cleans very well, but needs to be thinned a lot with water since it is very thick. November 22, 2012
Great Shampoo I chose this brand because it is made without SLS or petrochemicals and have tried several different products that they make. I've used the Green Tea Clarifying Shampoo and the Honeysuckle Rose Conditioner for the past 2 years and my hair has never looked healthier. This shampoo is a thinner consistency, but lathers well, and it makes your hair feel clean without feeling stripped like many clarifying shampoos. While these products are a little more expensive, they are worth it. I would highly recommend Aubrey Organics hair products. If you travel, you should put the shampoo in a travel bottle as it leaks if you lay it on its side once it has been opened. January 18, 2012
