Shiney!
I have long hair, I color it, and it's thinner than when I was younger. This product makes my hair feel a bit thicker, it takes only a little so it lasts and that makes the price more than fair to me. Also my hair is very shiney and silky with this. Unlike hair spray that can make hair dull and sticky. When the gel dries the hair is a bit stiff which is ok for some styles, but for me I just comb or brush through the dry hair, breaking up the stiffness, and the hair is no longer stiff but shiney, silky and bouncy! I like that. Oh and it doesn't flake off like dandruff when I do this. I'm a former cosmetologist so I've tried "lots" of stuff and this is one I "have" recommended to others.

Best natural gel for the price
Since I do everything in the bath, I make sure all my products are healthy. I love this gel. I don't have to use conditioner, as long as I use the right shampoo for my hair type (colored treated). This gel is my detangler. As with any gel the amount you use is determined by how long/short, or thick/thin your hair is, so you may want to adjust your amounts until you get used to using it. A great product.

Mixed Thoughts
I was happy to find a hair gel that was organic and safe for my body. I hadn't used anything in a long time, so I was happy to have it. It did produce decent results. It was very surprising though how effective this product was at straightening my curly hair. That was not the original intention for this product. By the end of the end of the day my hair has the appearance of being a bit stringy and oily. I usually don't wash my hair but every other day, using this product I had to wash everyday. It seems to buildy up. Because I liked the idea of having an organic gel I sought out another gel product. I tried the kissmyface organic medium/strong hold and it is extremely excellent. No build up, organic, my curls look great and it has a nice grapefruit fresh citrusy smell that I like. I would suggest kissmyface as a better alternative

Good product for curl
For being all natural, this product works very well. I do notice some frizz at the top of my head on very humid days, and my natural curls start to look a bit limp at the end of the day, but it does work better than most gels I have tried.

not harsh on hair
This product enhances my hair's natural waviness without causing stickiness or stiffness. I don't use more than a nickel-sized drop and my hair is halfway down my back. I love that it doesn't contain alcohol or a bunch of chemicals I can't pronounce!
