Ingredients: Organic whole amaranth grain.
1 cup Arrowhead Mills Amaranth
3 cups cold water
Put amaranth and water in saucepan with lid. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes. Grains will absorb water and bind together.
