Inactive ingredients: Gelatin, USP talc, NSF carnuaba, silica dioxide, candurin sliver fine, FD&C red #40, FD&C blue #1, FD&C yellow #5, and FD&C yellow #6.
Directions: Take 3 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach and 2 capsules in the afternoon, also on an empty stomach.
