Parsley Tea is a delightfully fresh, fragrant, healthy green herb tea that makes an excellent compliment to just about any tea mixture you are brewing up. I include it with about six other herbs in my kidney tonic tea that I cook up every day. I feel that it is very important to stay hydrated and consume plenty (at least six to eight 8 ounce glasses/cups) of the right liquids (not Diet Coke or Coors Lite, or even Guinness) daily. I use 2 of these Parsley Tea Bags along with the rest of my herb selection in about a 2 quart pot of pure water, which I bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer for 30 minutes. Tastes good at any temperature. . . . I drink mine throughout the day at room temp. I feel like I am doing something good for myself when I drink my herbal tea brew. And yes, I enjoy fresh brewed (made with a French Press) rich, bold, dark, hearty black coffee every morning, too. I feel that's a good thing, too. Bottoms up.
