Alfalfa Leaf Tea
I am a tea drinker and this one made sense to me. I feel great pretty much all the time so hard for me to say how effective it is.

Alfalfa Tea, along with Peppermint Tea, were the first herb teas I drank back around 1960. I still like them today. I use Alfalfa as a base for just about any herbal tea mixture I put together. Alfalfa has so many often overlooked and underappreciated healthy properties for us humans, as well as our horses and cows, that I like having it around. Since I don't graze for my alfalfa in my pastures, I have it in tea and powder forms in my cupboard. I like how it is alkalinizing to the system, as well as rich in all the minerals, chlorophyll, and other nutrients. . . . and it tastes good, clean, and healthy. Get some; it's cheap and nice to use.

I have a chart with a list of alkaline foods and alfalfa was listed as one of the highest ranking alkaline content. I have been trying to get my body more alkaline and less acid and this is a wonderful product to help me with this endeavor. I test my pH throughout the day and it is usually good.

Relaxing, good cup of tea
I like drinking this alfalfa leaf tea. I wanted a source of silica besides horsetail or the other expensive forms of silica. This seems to be doing the trick, my hair looks better. Can't rave about the flavor or anything, but I'm happy with the results - it is doing what I want in an enjoyable form. I usually use two bags per cup, and at this price that is no big deal.
