Rancid?
I love Terratints, but whenever I buy the lip balm from Swanson's, it's not as good. I wonder if they are selling expired products or something. smells as if the oil in the product has gone rancid.

Pretty color- Blaze
Wonderful product! It makes my lips look naturally red. I would love to try other colors too. I consider this product a lipstick rather than a lipbalm. The color is much more pigmented than regular lipbalms I use. However the color is not long lasting, it is more moisturizing. Good price for the quality- I would recommend.

WOW, I was really pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this color! It is a very light red, kind of a sheer red, not a harsh one. It really makes the lips look natural. I also tried the colors called Bloom (nasty-hated it-looked very fake) and Garnet (this was a purplish form - OK, but a little too dark. If you love purple-tinted lipsticks, you'd probably like that one). This "Blaze" is a definite keeper that I'll be ordering again when I run out. The only drawback to this product in my opinion is that it isn't the moistest product and makes my lips feel slightly on the dryish side. If I layer the product on by using more, that really helps a lot. Also, the staying power isn't wonderful, but this doesn't claim to be an actual lipstick. All in all, for the great natural color itself, it's worth it.

Lovely lip balm!
This is a very pretty dark red lip balm that leaves a refreshing subtle minty feeling on your lips with just a touch of sun protection via SPF 8. The only thing to be careful about when buying this color is to be aware that it is much darker than it appears in the picture. At first i was dismayed by how dark it was but i found that when i applied it (very lightly) and then went over it with a clear lip balm it gave my lips a very beautiful natural looking red tint and am now very pleased with it.

I was really happy with this! The color seemed too dark at first, but you need a light touch and its actually really nice. A very natural flush that doesnt look shiny or waxy, just natural. It isnt too moisturizing or slick, so it may need to be reapplied more often than, say Carmex, but its not bad. I do not like the pepperminty smell, it gives me a slight headache, but it goes away fairly quick. Though that may be a bonus for most people....
