To locate the Nei-Kuan acupressure point, place your 3 middle fingers on the inside of your wrist starting at the 1st wrist crease. The Nei-Kuan point is located between the flex tendons underneath the 3rd finger. Place the button face down on the Nei-Kuan point. Pull the end of the srap through the buckle & fasten until the button exerts gentle pressure.
If skin irritation, pain or swelling should occur beneath the bands or button, stop wearing the bands. Call your doctor if symptoms persist. People who have a problem with reduced circulation should call their doctor before using Acubands. Keep out of reach of very young children. The button could be a choking hazard if it is removed & swallowed. Acubands should only be used on the Nei-Kuan point to relieve nausea & not on the other areas. Nausea & vomiting can be associated with serious conditions. If your symptoms persist, call your doctor.
