Great product, amazing price I've been taking Avena Sativa for years. It's a wonderful supplement that feels great and never lets me down. The only problem I've had is finding a top quality product. In my experience, any less than the best and the only result is a hole in my wallet. There are a few great Avena Sativa products out there, but for quality and consistency, I've come to rely on Action Labs. And Swanson's carries it for up to $15 less than any other supplier I've found. My local vitamin shop sells this same bottle for $35!
