Suggested Use: Take 2 capsules 3 times daily. For increased fiber levels use up to 24 capsules per day (6 capsules, 4 times daily). Do not exceed 24 capsules/day. Do not use for more than 2 weeks continuously. Take this product with at least 12 oz of water or other liquid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking (see warning). Children under the age of 12 consult a healthcare professional before using.
WARNINGS: When taken without adequate fluid this product may swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing or when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting is present. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek the immediate medical attention. If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before using this product. May cause allergic reaction in people sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium. Not recommended for persons with hypertension or kidney insufficiencies.
