Great! Was told I could only consume buckwheat honey. Not much buckwheat 'round these parts. I read the reviews, only 2. One was for, the other against. Not much help there. The one against said he didn't like this "yuppy" product and would not buy it again. Because of diet restrictions I decided to give it a try anyway. I love it! It's different, yes, but in a good way. I will continue to buy/use this product and am very happy you carry it. Thank you Swanson. March 16, 2012
unique and desirable I love this honey because it has a lot of flavor too the sweetness. For those looking for just a "sweet" "sugary" taste, this is not the right honey for you. For those who enjoy a strong flavored honey this is it with a woodsy, bold and deep lasting flavor. It is thick and creamy yet can be spread on bread. Its thickness and creaminess keep it from crystallizing.. yet the honey doesn't last long enough in the jar for us to see if it crystallizes! February 27, 2012
not bad at all The taste of this honey, while not as good as the lighter honey (hence the overall rating of 4), is still pretty good. Another thing to keep in mind is generally speaking the darker the honey the more anti-oxidants and other nutrients it contains so the very dark buckwheat variety excels in that department.
