Saline Nasal Spray with xylitol from Xlear, Inc., features ten times more xylitol than any other nasal spray. It soothes and moisturizes the nasal and sinus passages with all-natural ingredients. All natural. Drug free.

Ingredients: Purified Water, Xylitol, Saline, Grapefruit Seed Extract (as a preservative).

Directions: Clear the nasal passageway by gently blowing your nose before using Xlear. Insert nozzle into nostril and squeeze bottle while breathing in through your nose. Remove nozzle from nostril before allowing bottle to re-inflate. Spray 1-2 times in each nostril. Clean nozzle after use & replace safety cap. Use at least twice daily---morning & night. Xlear is safe to use as often as needed for optimal health to cleanse sinuses and nasal passages. (Can be used as drops for children).

xlear 3 pack I thought that I was going to get three of what I had previously ordered with the nice spray nozzle. Instead, I received little spray bottles. There is nothing that I could find in the advertisement to tell me that I was not going to receive three of the one that I had previously ordered. Anyway the product itself is helpful if you can get it in you properly. October 11, 2011
Great Value - word of caution This item is packaged differently from the 1.5 fl oz Liquid, item XL001. This three pack is three .75 fl oz squeeze bottles, NOT the sterile metered 1.5 fl oz spray bottles. Its a good value, but I prefer the sterile dispensing convenience of the other item. Thank you Swansons for making my return easy after my mistaken order. Your customer service ROCKS! I get value and feel valued. February 1, 2011
