"This product is OK... in the means that it does give some sort of relief but took a while for it to have its affect on me. Didn't use it long enough. Only for 2 weeks, but I found it helped me get sleep rather than keeping me in a calm state of mind. I don't know.. everyone's body response is different. It was worth a try though. I won't be continuing it's use. Also the gel size is not very convenient, too large. Good luck!"
