Wonderful I have lost over 60 pounds cutting most sugar from my diet, I still eat fruit and whole grain breads that have a little sugar, and this product helped me be able to keep my sanity through it all. I mostly use it in my coffee, but I have been experimenting in other stuff too. It tastes great and is convenient in the little packets to carry wherever I go. I especially like it because it doesn't have any chemicals or other ingredience. The price at Swansons can't be beat. Excellent product. February 7, 2012
