Ingredients: Purified water, ConcenTrace, ferrous sulfate, citric acid and less than 0.1% potassium benzoate. Also contains over 72 ionic trace minerals from ConcenTrace.

Suggested Use: Using the metered dropper, take 1.25 mL (¼ teaspoon) daily with juice or food to mask the concentrated mineral flavor. Do not refrigerate. Shake before use.

Good product If you need iron, this is the one to go with. Its inexpensive and effective and non-constipating. However, you MUST mix it in your juice as recommended (preferable orange juice) because it is impossible to take alone. March 19, 2012
