Powerful! I'm a firm believer in pro-biotics as one of the best "health insurance" supplements you can buy. I take quite a few different strains, and rotate regularly. This particular product is extremely powerful. I recommended it to a friend, and that was her reaction as well. Another good one from Swanson's with their proprietary label, is Dr. Shahani's DDS-1 strain. Not as potent but a really good one nonetheless. Very effective. February 13, 2012
