Sunshine tablet
Living up north, we need to take Vitamin D3 and this tablet is so very easy to take even for the elderly who have trouble swallowing. It almost melts in the mouth, and having the Vit. K with it too is a real bonus.

Great K2 + D3 Supplement
This is an easy way for me to get my K2 along with addition D3. I pop one under the tongue each morning and hop in the shower. Careful not to take right after you brush your teeth or you'll have that bitter taste like drinking OJ after you had something sweet.

Good but slow to disolve
I purchased the D3 + K2 dots for my family last week. we like the idea, but it takes forever for the pills to dissolve under the tongue. I am unsure of the effectiveness, as we seem to get bored and swallow the remnants. Flavor is good.

Energizing
I absolutely love this product and have been taking it for years. It tastes great and I love the added vitamin k2. Sub-lingual is the way to go if you hate swallowing pills like I do. The bottle is small which allows you to take it anywhere.

Great Product
Got this for my Mom to boost her bone health. Great product. Lozenges are small.Tastes good, Dissolves easily. Good level of D3 and MK7.
1 less pill to swallow which makes her happy.
I take it too. I highly recommend it and Swanson's has it at a good price.

D-Dots are Great
Having read so much in the past year about widespread Vitamin D deficiency and its importance to our health, I decided to try the D Dots. I do not like to swallow pills so this was the perfect solution for me. They taste great and I know I am healthier and feeling better since I have now been using the product everyday for several months. I am quite pleased with the product and the results. I highly recommend it for anyone who does not like to swallow pills. I also know that sublingual products are very well absorbed.

Greater Bone Density
I have been taking Twinlab D3 + K2 Dots for several months along with a different brand of Vitamin K2 Menatetrenone 5 mg. A recent dental x-ray showed significant improvement in my bone density compared to earlier x-rays. Great product at a great price!

Great product!
The lozende dissolves completely without problems, the taste is good. It is a very useful combination for a good price. Recommended to anybody who doesn´t receive enough sunshine!

Easy to take and tastes good
I read about the benefits of these nutrients, but was not excited to add another tablet (to swallow whole) into my supplement regimen. These tablets are very small, have a pleasant citrus taste and dissolve in my mouth. A pleasant change in taking a vitamin!
