"I'm unsure why the other reviewer would take a water reduction pill. One of the reasons creatine works so well is that hydrates the muscles on a cellular level, thus reducing or eliminating water is a bad idea.
Twin Labs is a well known brand and does make good products. However, one most note that powdered creatine does absorb faster then a pill. But nevertheless pills tend to be more convenient."

"Wonderful product. I have been taking this product for several months and am not disappointed. I am 44 years old and I'm getting results in the gym as if I were 25 again. I definately recommend this product of you're serious about reaching a weight-lifting goal in the gym. I also combine this product with the super strength water pill. The two together are a great combination."
